Hanging Out At My French Country Home: A Giveaway!

August 1st? How did that happen? Summer speeds by so quickly! It's definitely time to gather our rosebuds while we may. And I can't think of a better place to stop to smell the roses than hidden away in Normandy, enjoying the gardens and graciousness of My French Country Home.

You all know Sharon Santoni, right? Sharon brings us My French Country Home, a lovely glimpse into life in the Norman countryside. When things get a little crazy, I love spending a few moments with Sharon in her gardens or wandering the valley surrounding her home. She has an amazing way with flowers and sets the most beautiful tables...

If you are planning to escape to Normandy, she has a lovely guest cottage available and can take you out in search of treasure at the brocante (and has the best finds waiting in her online store if you can't travel there in person).

Her sidekicks, Gibson and Ghetto, will help you find the best loot...

Meeting up with Sharon in real life is still on my bucket list, but I feel fortunate to be virtually spending some time at My French County Home

In August, Sharon features giveaways each Saturday, and how lucky am I to be kicking off the month? Please join me at My French Country Home. Sharon has all the details for how to take part, and I'll be giving away a 5x7 original watercolor and some coordinating gift tags.

Good luck to everyone who participates and thanks to Sharon for the opportunity to be a guest at My French Country Home.

Have a beautiful weekend! XOXO

  3. Just subscribed courtesy of My French Country Home! Looking forward to reading your posts and gaining inspiration. China plates, ginger jars, watercolours, Hydrangeas, all on my 'love them' list! It's not just a mix of American and French that is so lovely, but these things are very English too!! What a wonderful blend - all with the same goal - enjoying beautiful things, summer in the garden, flowers and gorgeous countryside! If only we all had the talent to capture it in a painting! I'm dabbling..... Have a lovely day and a great August.

  17. Jeanne, I am sooo happy to read about this collaboration. The more people that know about your talent and vision, the better in my book. Besides, maybe you will become so famous that you will need to escape to Provence for an inspiration trip... :)

  18. Hello there,

    I totally adore your style.

This season I have turned out to be fixated on vintage French ticking and plaid fabrics....
I bought the ticking a year ago and wrapped it around the base of our Christmas tree.... It just took me a year to get overcome enough to cut into it.....Really this post is
    useful for us.

    Thanking you,
    Frank
