All That Glitters

Happy Monday and Happy March! Did you watch the Oscars last night?

I missed them! We've been in Mexico for the past few days and were winging our way back during the show. So this morning I'm catching up on who took home gold and who brought the glamor of Hollywood's golden age to the red carpet.

How about a little gold for all of us this first Monday morning of March?

Have a lovely week everyone - hope yours glitters! XOXO

    1. Thanks, Heather! Yes, we had a fabulous time in Mexico - it's hard to get back to reality this rainy Monday morning, but coffee helps!

Sadly the shoes were not my size, but at least I got a photo!

      Happy Monday! XOXO

  2. A wise investment, a little gold is like money in the bank. I love the sparkle of gold accessories.
    A frame, a bracelet, a brooch.....
    Welcome home.

    1. I'm still catching up on the "best/worst" slideshows but have to say that I loved Oscar winner Lupita Nyong'o's sky blue frock and Cate Blanchett's wearable Oscar gold!

  6. Oh, yes….I'll take gold any day. I'm so happy that you were able to get away to Mexico. Love it down there! I lucked out on the days I was there. 78 and sunny. Everyone was eating outdoors and wearing sandals. I return with my boys next week, so I feel I can stomach the 4 degrees I woke up to! :)

I did catch the Oscars and was thrilled with the top acting awards. Some great speeches, too.
    Welcome home!!!!

  11. Mexico!? wow! It was so cold here .. you chose a good time to leave. This is getting to be the most difficult time of year for me. The grey days and rain gets old. We need to get away soon! I'm sure you had lots of fun and accumulated a little vitamin d ;) The Oscars were fun to watch. Ellen did a great job and the Hollywood folks are always entertaining to watch. I do need to see more movies.. there are so many good ones this year.
