"All that we behold is full of blessings." - William Wordsworth
Happy Thanksgiving, friends. I hope you'll be with the ones you love tomorrow. For years, Thanksgiving for me has meant my family home, my Grandmother's beautiful china, and my Mother's pumpkin pie. This year, things will be quite different. The china is packed away and how I will miss that pie. But the important thing is I'll still share the day with my Mom and Dad and Mr. H... Location and dishware don't really matter. And the memories last.
So tomorrow morning, I'll drink my espresso from one of my Grandmother's tea cups and be thankful both for the past, but mostly for the moment, and all my many blessings.
You are definitely on that list! Thanks for following along, for the comments and connections. Here's to a lovely Thanksgiving for all, whether it's served up on heirloom china or paper plates! XO
