Makes Me Happy: Blue And White + Pink

Happy Monday, all! How was your weekend?

Just a little bit of pretty to start the week off on a good note. Blue and pink hydrangeas from our garden in a vintage blue and white cache pot that recently found it's way home with me.

I'm quite smitten with the lionshead details on the sides...

Sometimes it's the littlest things that brighten a day!

What's making you happy this Monday?

  1. Nothing like a bit of pretty to start the week off right!

This may sound odd but this morning my honey is off on a shoot (he invited me to go along but got up at 4:30am so no thank you) and I am enjoying the quiet and doing just as I please...

    Have a great week, Jeanne!

  2. Hi and thank you for the florals. We were just enjoying the hydrangeas in New England last week! For a flower to be so blue still stuns me! Have a super Monday!

  3. Jeanne-
This is such a beautiful arrangement. Is there any flower more beautiful or versatile? I think not. What is really strange about them is the fact that you can manipulate the soil to decide their color. I don't believe I have seen the dark pink or red.
Thank you for sharing. Love the lion's head too.
    Happy Monday.

  4. i have the blue in our yard, but not that sexy hot pink!

i love mondays because for me they usher in a brand new slate. i sort of save the world on mondays.

    smiles to you!

  5. I'm drooling over the image! Love the combination of flowers with blue and white!

  6. everyone can use fresh flowers...especially in such a pretty container! Happy Monday!

  7. Those colors are so vibrant! My hydrangeas aren't thriving nearly as beautifully - well done. :) I am smitten with those lions too - what a great find.

  8. These are gorgeous hydrangeas, fresh and vibrant. Love the pots they are in and the one with the liohead is pretty special. Very beautiful pictures. Thanks Jeanne! It's a cool Monday morning where I'm at, a great start for the day & week!

  9. Hi Jeanne!!

Happy Monday to you! I love your pink and blue hydrangeas...mine are still hanging on and I really need to clip more so I can enjoy them indoors.

I also spy some pretty blue glassybabies!!

    xoxo Elizabeth

  10. We so love hydrangeas and after the downpour we had yesterday, ours are a tad droopy! Thanks for starting our week off right, Jeanne.

  11. Oh, it's beautiful...nothing like fresh flowers to brighten the day...
