One of the delights of seeing Paris in the spring are the pink clouds that drift into the city in the form of blushing ruby chestnut blossoms. Like pink cotton candy growing on trees.
Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you're feeling in the pink as we start a new week! XO
"Like cotton candy growing on trees"? Now if THAT phrase isn't capable of putting a smile on someone's face, I don't know what is! Thanks for all of the happiness in this post to get our Mondays off to a great start, Jeanne!
ReplyDeleteIt's pouring buckets here so these pictures were a real pick me up. Thank you for sharing some of your trip and I love your phrase of cotton candy!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day!

Your cheerful shots are exactly what we all needed, on this rainy Seattle morning. Merci, Jeanne. I bet you looked outside and decided you HAD to do something about "la grisaille" didn't you? :-) Bonne semaine. Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)
ReplyDeleteI think we could all use a little pink in our week, Veronique! It looks like "la grisaille" will be here all week. Dommage! Hope you find some color in your life in spite of the weather! XO
ReplyDeleteOh Jeanne I love this!! I am always feeling "in the pink"! Love your description of those pretty pink flowers. And, your photographs even more.
ReplyDeleteHope you're week is off to a great start. Today in NY it feels like Seattle! :)
