Sweet Heart
Confession time. I'm crazy about Conversation Hearts. I know that like Candy Corn, they are one of those love 'em or hate 'em holiday treats. I love them. I've been known to devour boxes of them in one sitting.
Pretty and sweet. Cheerful, flirty little things. With lots of kind and loving words to say.
Elie Saab's Spring/Summer 2012 Couture show made me think of the sweet pastel hearts come to life, floating down the runway... How lovely.
Dear ones, I must say that I've missed our sweet conversations over the past few weeks! I hope we can pick up where we left off and plan to start posting regularly again- if not quite as frequently. With Valentine's Day and Fashion Week right around the corner, you can bet there will be plenty to talk about.

I admit it, I love them...and I binge on candy corn every Halloween as well. Lovely painting, so sweet

Jeanne, if you don't start selling your illustrations--in some form--cards, small prints--right here on your blog--at least!--I am going to be sorely disappointed. You get it so right every time. My sister has a similar ability and thinks that it doesn't "count" because it is simple. Hope that isn't the same for you, talented one.
