Canine Chic

Not only is it Fashion Week in NYC, the world's chicest dogs descended on the Big Apple for the Westminster Dog Show.  And showing that style doesn't belong to humans alone, over at the Coveteur, they saluted some of their most covetable furry friends:

Ozzy agrees you can never have too much Chanel.

Frankie Boots can't believe anyone would think she would consider wearing fur!

Marc is concerned that he'll never stand out enough to be photographed by the Sartorialist wearing such a basic collar.

Forget Havianas, Charlie will only wear Chanel.

"What, no matching earrings?" Lola wonders.

Rufus isn't sure the hat is working for him.

Wilbur would prefer to chew to wear something a bit more sophisticated than the options laid out for him.

Happy Wednesday, everyone! Here's hoping your week is going to the dogs in the best possible way!

  1. Bonjour and thank you for your visit chez French Girl yesterday! What a cute post... and you got French bulldogs too! Perfect. I missed the Westminster Dog show on TV this week but caught a glimpse of the winner this morning. Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)

  2. So funny! I tried to put a scarf on Dylan dog yesterday, red, but he wasn't in the mood for dress up. Dylan loves to watch the Westminster Dog show but only so he can bark at the other dogs.

  3. This is too fun! I haven't seen it yet, but will check it out today. Molly gives her congratulations to Malachy for winning Best in Show. Gotta love the Westminster!!!

  4. So cute, Jeanne! Love the doggies and their fineries.
    Happy Wednesday,

  5. I've been so tempted to dress up my "girls" since my real boys won't have anything to do with couture... Rufus is the spitting image of my Missy!

  6. The winner is such a precious and gorgeous little thing!
