The Muppets are having a moment. You might recall that they were all over the Fall 2011 runways last winter.
Of course, the fashion folks brought the look to life at the Spring shows last month.
But from Pucci to Prada, there was sadly no homage to Miss Piggy. Until now.

The best-dressed of the Muppet set takes to modeling next month in the pages of Instyle, wearing custom-designed looks from the likes of Jason Wu, Prabal Gurung and Brian Atwood.
"I didn't want to dress Miss Piggy in anything that would take away from her bold personality so I went with a simple, classic dress and neutral color," Gurung told WWD, while Jason Wu explained, "The Empire waist really complements her figure. Her humor, flamboyance and joie de vivre inspired me to design a decadent feathered dress that features her most sensational qualities."
Like any stylish starlet, Miss Piggy has stepped into the limelight to promote her new movie in which she plays a French Vogue editor.
Looks like she's pretty convincing in the role -- Meryl Streep may have competition at the Oscars this year, don't you think?
