Curves Ahead

Happy Monday, all. Did you enjoy the weekend? Things were just lovely here. With the temperatures at long last tipped toward summer, it was finally time to for some delicious curves...

The warm blush of a Côte de Provence makes the perfect match for the sunny months--it's like summer in a bottle.

A little rosé on ice makes me dream of melons and lavender -- of an early morning trip to the brocante followed by a lazy afternoon in a hammock.....and the most serious order of business for the day is a long lunch or a game of boules.

And if a trip to France isn't in the immediate future, it also pairs nicely with a leisurely Saturday in the backyard or spent with friends by the pool...

Oh, I know it's Monday, and here in Seattle the clouds have rolled back in. But with our 'fridge stocked with a few curvy pink bottles, I'm feeling the pace of things slow a bit. Summer is here to stay I hope, and it's time to stop and smell the roses--wouldn't you agree?

Happy week, everyone! XO

  3. Oh I can't wait until Summer. Actually I can't wait until I get patio furniture so I can host lovely meals outside with these kinds of beverages. =)
